The Le Chic Eye Pencil features an exceptionally soft and lightweight texture. Its advantages include high coverage, waterproof properties, hypoallergenic formulation, long-lasting wear, and resistance to smudging or fallout around the eyes. The product is wax-based and enriched with cottonseed oil, jojoba oil (a skin moisturizer), and vitamins E and C as natural antioxidants (providing anti-aging, anti-wrinkle, and skin-protecting benefits). Its gentle formula allows for safe application on the waterline and eyelids. 

Lachic Black 210 Pencil Characteristics:

1. The Le Chic Black 210 pencil is highly creamy and contains an extremely high concentration of pigments.
2. It is the blackest eyeliner pencil available in Iran and the blackest product in the Lachic brand lineup.
3. The Lachic Black 210 pencil is designed exclusively for use on the **outer eyelid and lash line** and **should not be applied on the waterline or inner eye**.
4. It contains jojoba oil and vitamin E.
5. The pencil is waterproof.
